Terms And Conditions


The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and ATOB Minicabs Gatwick. Your booking of a taxi and utilization of our services implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

ATOB Minicabs Gatwick, "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time allocation for your journey to arrive punctually, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. ATOB Minicabs Gatwick is not responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated collection time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage. ATOB Minicabs Gatwick does not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access must specify this during the booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. Prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to modify the quote in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this will be charged at the standard ATOB Minicabs Gatwick waiting rate.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Review this confirmation carefully, and notify us of any discrepancies to avoid delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Ensure appropriate restraint for all children in the car based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not permitted to exceed the specified passenger limit set by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 Promptly contact us to cancel a booking. Failure to cancel before dispatch may result in charges based on the driver's time and distance to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges on the original payment if made after dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. ATOB Minicabs Gatwick is not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car for you to complete your journey promptly.

6.4 You will not hold ATOB Minicabs Gatwick liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 ATOB Minicabs Gatwick may subcontract obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 ATOB Minicabs Gatwick reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Review these terms regularly to stay informed. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable when the booking is made.

8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ATOB Minicabs Gatwick and yourself.

8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. ATOB Minicabs Gatwick is not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
